Description:

Who this course is for:
The course if for anyone who wants to learn HOW to move their body through space. Liquid focuses on pelvic initiation and full range of motion of through the spine.
New students and beginners to movement will enjoy the detailed and specific cue'ing that will allow them to gain body awareness quicker with the techniques giving them tools to work on skills at home.
Students with a previous background will enjoy the teaching style and methodology which can compliment and develop a deeper teaching understanding.
