This book is a journey through personal interpretations, with a strong influence from oriental style in many of them, in some others it shows up the renascent painting, comic and all the information that a drawer recollects just observing the nature, the human being and its creations, in its different ways. It is my biggest desire that this book works as a guide and inspiration for being used by the new comers and that the experimented professional finds interesting information too.
This is a production of 20 years of dedication for this wonderful piece of art, from a tattooist for tattooists.

What to say about Colo Personally, I have a lot of respect and admiration, not only as an artist, but as a person too  he is a professional and humble person, which is not very common for someone with that artistic level. It is a hard task to say in a few words, what I think and feel for someone I admire so much, without being exaggerated. Im going to give it a try and separate, even the friendship that ties me to him, focusing impartially in the topic that I have today. I have the luck of knowing face to face some of the best tattooists in the world (Mauricio Teodoro, Filip Leu, IvanSzasi, amongst some others).
When I saw Pablo working for the first time, I remember that I was shocked  I had been tattooing for a few years and I was in presence of something I hadnt seen before: his technique, speed, experience, the fluency he had with his work. The need of keep learning made me want to look more and ask myself, how do some other tattooist work in other places of the globe? From that came up my first trip, San Pablo, Brasil, where I saw many tattooist working with a very similar technique, some better than the others, but I only noticed one standing out from the rest: Mauricio Teodoro. I kept travelling with the necessity to learn more, this time to Europe, and again, everyone had a similar technique, only one stood out and it was Filip Leu.
With this all experiences I want to say that seeing Pablo working in Argentina brings me the same feeling of one man standing out from the others. It is hard to coincide with everybody, with so different tastes in art, that is why Im not going to talk about the thematic or the style, but we cant skip talking about the creativity and quality of the artworks in this book. Some tricks for composition, drawing or present ideas y small scale and then take them to the size in the skin. Dinamic drawing, textures and deepness that Colo gives us every year. The majority of sketches end up being amazing tattoos.
I witnessed many of the drawings that are published in this book since he drew the first lines, and then I was amazed with the speed and fluency that he tattooed them, making it look easy what is so difficult for the rest. I hope that every person that has this book on their power, know how to give it a good use and helps for doubts and new ideas, etc.

The artist is a person that has developed his creativity as well as the capacity to communicate the feelings, through a good usage of the technique. The magic appears in the tattoo plain and it has to do with translating something of his own in the skin of an individual.
