The role that made him famous was that of Vasily Goloborodko, a 30-year-old high school teacher who wakes up one morning to find out he has been elected president of the country on "Servant of the People." This was the comedy that paved the way for him to run for president. When Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced his decision to enter politics, he opted to take a different path. Because of his lack of political experience and expertise in the entertainment industry, Zelenskyy was dubbed a Ukrainian Donald Trump when he entered the presidential campaign in Ukraine.
