Description of  On a New Method of Analysis and Its Applications

This book is one of the principal efforts of Turan, an exposition of his power sum theory. This theory, known as "Turan's method," arose as he attempted to prove the Riemann hypothesis. But Turan found applications beyond those to prime numbers. This book shows the efficacy of the power sum method and includes a number of applications in its second part.
