I was blown away right from the start of Hale's Angel by author Michelle Clay, her contribution to Heaven to Hell. Ms. Clay is a powerful and strong writer. From the first sentence of Hale's Angel, Ms. Clay grabs the reader and you won't blink until you reach the final page. The character of the wicked demon is so repulsive, yet, Ms. Clay bends the reader into rooting for this evil being. I never give spoilers, but I will say, it's a wild ride!
