The Unspoken Series is definitely best when read in order because you fall in love with each character over time and when they finally get their spotlight you just love them even more. I was intrigued by Miranda from the start. She’s just so much quirkier than the rest of the characters in this series. And when she found Derek in “Down from the Clouds,” I thought, “Hmmm... Interesting.” Then, of course, we got more of Miranda in “The Life I Now Live,” because she is Heidi’s best friend.
