Description of  Dead Run (Monkeewrench, No 3)

"If you go down into woods today" your in for a big surprise and that's what happened to Grace, Sharon and Anne when they got bit lost on a road trip. But, they had good friends in Harley, Roadrunner and their trusty dog, Charlie. You'll find that the Minneapolis Police Department weren't far behind either and you've got some local cops from Green Bay that got involved too. There's a bunch of characters in the story as you can tell, but what makes it so good is the pace of it. Very rarely does the pace slow down. It's full bore almost all the way. It's helped by fairly short chapters and witty snappy dialogue. Some characters move in and out of the story, while others were there till the end. You never really know how the story will end and it keeps you guessing till the last page. Perhaps, the ending was little too neat. All the bad guys end up in town. There was no one guarding the computers and they were able to access the programme. We never new who financed the bad guys or where they really came from either. But, all in all, a great read.
