Description of
Losing Hope: A Novel
Words can't express exactly how much I loved this book!! It was like falling in love all over again. Like reliving that moment of reading your favorite book for the very first time. When I read Hopeless I became a huge fan of Colleen Hoover. I thought it was absolutely amazing, everything about it was perfect & complete from start to finish. And then Losing Hope came along, and it's just this huge piece that you don't even realize is missing until you've got it in your hands. Hearing the story from Holder's POV is heart wrenching, intense and incredibly sad. He fills in the gaps of the story that you didn't get to hear or find out about in Hopeless. I must admit that I have never been so emotionally invested in a book as I was with Losing Hope. Ms. Hoover is simply amazing, and her writing style is utterly captivating. It's so easy to get swept up into the story b/c the scenes are so elaborately constructed making you feel like a part of the story. The variety of emotion she can stir in you, the reader, through her writing is unbelievable and will leave you swooning one moment, crying the next and simply awed by the end of it all. I seriously can't praise this book enough, all I can say is you MUST read it ASAP, but please read Hopeless first for the complete Colleen Hoover experience.
