Looking and Seeing, Volume I of Way of Seeing is an introductory manual for Nalanda Miksang Contemplative Photography. Nalanda Miksang is a course of study that uses Shambhala Buddhist teachings to discover our already-existing connection with our world through photography. A combination of a philosophical treatise and a playful exploration of our visual world, this first volume of three starts the journey.
