192962249X pdf I purchased on of these awhile back. And, I see them available at medical bookstores for about $18. IT IS IN NO WAY WORTH $100 or whatever ridiculous price they are trying to put on when it retails at $16.95. It is a small paperback handbook. Don't get hosed!
