Book 1 of 3: The Telverin Trilogy The story brings to life so many amazingly thought out characters and truly builds an emotional connection with the reader. Having purchased this novel prior to the release of the last two books, I was incredibly bummed out when I reached the last page and knew I had to wait to see what would happen next. Once I received the second and third books, I reread Struggling With the Current and it was just as amazing the second time around, perhaps even more so. So, if you are thinking that fantasy isn't your style, I get it. But I recommend putting preconceived notions regarding this genre aside. You won't regret it.
