Description of
How to be a Woman
My original review, in which I spent 35 minutes typing (because I typed a few excerpts from the book) has magically disappeared. So, I won't be retyping all of it again. I'll just briefly say that I don't remember why I went to Britain for a book, but I'm glad I did. There is humor in nearly every sentence, and her ability to make real life stuff comical made this a really funny book. For example, at one point, her friend goes for a waxing, so she'd be ready for their night on the town. Later, the friend complains that this guy should just phone her and ask her point blank if she would like to get together on Saturday for a good shag (sex). She's tired of always waxing, without knowing for sure if she's getting any that night. There's a lot of funny stuff in this book. I think I just did an 'eenie, meenie, minee mo" when I chose this book, but it was a good pick.
