Electronics has been defined as the branch of science & Technology which relates the conduction of current through vacuum (or) gas (or) semiconductor material. An electronic device is that in which electrons flow through a vacuum (or) gas (or) semiconductor. The Operation of an electronic device depends upon the motion of electrons under the influence of electric and Magnetic fields. The behavior of an electron under the influence of these fields is termed as electron ballistics.
