The content of this book includes different aspects of design and synthesis of polymer materials with specific properties. The variety of effects existing in such systems is caused by the complexity of chemical processes and their kinetic regularities occurring along with the development of chemical structure and formation of the morphological structure. The societal need for novel hi-tech, easy-to-use, even low cost or non-polluting materials led to an impetuous development of polymer materials science to identify the optimum in the structure-properties-application relationship and to find the best ways (resources, technologies, equipments) to achieve it.
