I downloaded this book 4 days ago and literally just couldn’t put it down. It’s different to a lot of crime thrillers which makes it so good. Cassie is a mortuary assistant with an amazing knowledge, not only that but she’s so compassionate in how she treats the deceased and doesn’t leave any stone unturned. But her amateur police work gets her embroiled into something that almost costs her her life. This book is well written and a real page turner, probably one of the best books I’ve read this year ad I read a lot.
