Description of  Beginner Chess Tactics for Kids

This book contains chess tactics puzzles for the beginner player. It is meant for players with an approximate rating of 1000 or less. It has three chapters: Find the Hanging Pieces, Find the Forks and Find the Pins. Each puzzle is a one-move tactic, (no checkmates) and each chapter begins with an example puzzle thats representative of the rest of the puzzles in that chapter. Also, while many chess puzzle books have the reader solving all of the puzzles from the perspective of "white to play", Beginner Chess Tactics for Kids challenges the reader to solve puzzles from the perspective of "black to play" as well, which is more realistic.
