When we let a buyer tell us what they want, vs. what we think they may need, long-lasting relationships are built. Silence and listening help us coming out of COVID. Silence brings authenticity in customer approaches and teaches sales professionals to talk less, smile more and listen intently.As a lover of great stories, my passion is helping others speak authentically through their work. My goal is to bring the power and passion of silence and deep listening to every aspect of your business life. Living on the rugged Welsh coast, I feel the history, power and deep silences of this ancient land of great storytellers.
