How we nourish ourselves compared to our daily activities is also a great example. What we feed our bodies and minds prove to be instrumental for success, or in converse, the failures we may encounter. But with failure comes the strongest life lessons. We must learn to listen and experience these moments in time for growth. Failure can be positive so long as were open to its lesson.
